1. Delete it in the app
- Open Acrea and go to Settings.
- Tap your name — the row marked Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Choose whether to also erase your data from this device (the default) or keep it there, then confirm.
The deletion takes effect straight away.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email hello@dewmina.dev with the subject "Delete my Acrea account", from the email address of the account — or, if you used Apple's "Hide My Email", tell us that and we'll work with you to confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming it belongs to you, and tell you when it's done.
3. What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, name and sign-in details.
- Your profile name and photo.
- Everything in your Personal workspace stored in your account — measurements, places, categories and groups.
- Your membership of every team.
- Any team where you are the only owner, including all of its work, for every member of that team.
- Share links you created while signed in, and the logos shown on them.
- Your subscription status as recorded by Acrea.
4. What is kept
- Work you added to a team that has another owner stays with that team, because it belongs to the team. Your name is removed from it.
- Share links you created while signed out are not connected to any account, so we can't find them to delete them. They stop working a year after they were created.
- Data on your device, if you chose to keep it, or if you ask us to delete your account without using the app. Uninstall the app to remove it.
- Backups and logs. Deleted data is removed from our database straight away and from any backups within 7 days. Service logs are kept for no more than 7 days, and sign-in security logs for 30 days.
- Records others keep: purchase records held by the App Store, Google Play and our subscription provider, and analytics and crash data held by Google Firebase, which are not linked to your account. See the Privacy Policy for how long each is kept.
5. Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Acrea Pro subscription — the App Store or Google Play keeps billing it. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
